The handle is not so soft on the shoulders, but it's just a detail. Fits a lot. In the pictures, inside it has: 1 pair of sneakers, 1 set of gym clothes, 1 medium need, a watch box, 1 agenda, 1 small Notebook, 1 small case, 1 umbrella, 1 wallet, 1 Kindle, charger, handset, keys and other small things. The backpack is so so beautiful, the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful this bag is. I was really afraid of taking the black one as the beige looked more beautiful on the pictures, but I ended up taking the black one anyways, and woww, I am very happy with the choice of color, it looks very durable, the zipper is really resistant. If you still have a doubt wether you should purchase it or not, hesitate no more, it is worth it. By the way my laptop of 14'' fit and there's is a lot of space left.

The bag seems to be pretty good quality for the price. I do wish it was a few dollars cheaper so that I felt it was a really good deal but overall it is better than I expected. Only complaint are the zippers being cheaper quality so I am guessing those will be the first to go.
